All proceeds from our shop support our vital humanitarian work, so we appreciate your support and aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.

Return Process

  Log into your account to view your recent orders or use our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and state the reason for the return.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in a resaleable condition, including your completed returns form inside.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest Post Office or designated courier collection point, keeping your proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10-14 working days.
